Esthétique FREŸA strives to ensure the accuracy of the information available. Any errors that may occur will be corrected as soon as possible after verification. The presence of a product on the online store does not guarantee its availability at all times.

In the event of a justifiable dispute concerning an order, Esthétique FREŸA reserves the right to reimburse the price paid by the consumer within 48 working hours.

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of transactions carried out on this online store. They govern all stages of the order, from placement to delivery. All orders and purchases made through this site are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated.

Esthétique FREŸA reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. We encourage you to consult these pages regularly to inform yourself of the policies in force, which bind you.

In the event of modification, the applicable general conditions of sale are those in force at the time of the order. In the event of a dispute concerning the transaction, the computer records will be valid between the parties.

Payment

The final validation of the order is done after the validation of the payment. It is crucial to accurately enter the information necessary for the order. The confirmation of your purchases commits you to the veracity of the information provided, such as the e-mail address, the billing/delivery address (including the apartment number, the PO box and the telephone number, for example). Esthétique FREŸA cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer, delays in delivery or the impossibility of delivering the products ordered due to these errors.

Prices are expressed in Canadian dollars. Esthétique FREŸA reserves the right to modify them in the event of an increase in charges, such as QST and GST rates, or in the event of an obvious error.

Responsibility

Esthétique FREŸA retains ownership of the products ordered until full payment of the order. As soon as the order is shipped, the customer becomes responsible for the product.

Esthétique FREŸA cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or physical, resulting from improper use of the products sold.

Price and Quantity

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide you with the most accurate information possible, but changes may occur.

Discounts mentioned on certain items are valid while supplies last. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping/transportation fees are applied in addition to the price indicated for each product.

Payment Terms

When you select products and add them to your cart, please note that Esthétique FREŸA will charge GST and QST for orders shipped to Quebec. In addition, you will have to pay a flat-rate contribution to shipping costs, the amount of which will be specified on the order form before validation.

According to Canadian law, your purchases will be taxed based on your delivery address: GST and QST for Quebec, GST only for other Canadian provinces, and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for the Maritime provinces.

The goods remain the property of Esthétique FREŸA until full payment. Payments are made by credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and are secured by the PayPal service. The final validation of the order is done after confirmation of payment.

Esthétique FREŸA reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of refusal of payment authorization or credit card verification by accredited organizations. This reserve is also maintained in the event of fraudulent use. Each case will be reported to the competent authorities.

Once this step is completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, including a summary of the items ordered and the delivery/billing address.

Order and Processing

Esthétique FREŸA is committed to treating each order in a personalized manner and to processing it as quickly as possible. The online store is operational from Monday to Friday, with the exception of the following public holidays:

• January 1st and 2nd
• Easter Sunday
• June 24
• July 1st
• Labor Day
• December 25

Shipments are also made on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

While processing your order, the Esthétique FREŸA team may contact you by email. It is your responsibility to check these emails, which may contain important information regarding your purchase. For various reasons, a member of the team may also use your telephone number to contact you more quickly.

Delays in delivery attributable to carriers do not give rise to damages.

Products returned unpacked, used, incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be accepted or exchanged. No returns will be accepted after seven days of obtaining a return number.

If you have any problems with the Online Store, your only recourse is to stop using the Site.
